  • Not a fan of Romneys, but in all fairness, the headline truly misleads and misrepresents what occured here. This isn't about expecting to fill up a stadium. Buried half-way down the article, "originally intended to be given in a hotel ballroom.

  • Despite the "she murdered her roomate" quips, when you look at the evidence there is nothing truly there to validate she was guilty of anything other than being naive. In fact, the closer you examine the alleged facts, the harder it is to understand how she was even convicted in the first place.

  • In any of the statements published, at least that I've seen, McQueary has never stated he saw actual penetration. He has always been consistant on that point. Criminal Sexual Conduct occurs on various levels. It can be considered unlawful even if touched inappropriately with clothing on.

  • I too watched Prohibition, excellent documentary that is eerily pertinent today. However, I must disagree slightly on who benefits. You can read my initial comment if interested, but will tell you the local growers were not in favor of large dispensaries.

  • Look at this from a different perspective. Oakland not so long ago approved licenses for marijuana dispensaries. Oakland was the first city in the United States to license large scale medical marijuana growers. The yearly license fee is approximately $100,000.
